Members fill a template to present a solution/best practice and send it to PP team
Our team conducts a overall analyzis and forwards the solution to a field expert for a thorough assessment
Our Field expert reviews the solution and comments on it in our assessment report, suggesting approval, re-submission with additional details or rejects it.
If approved, the solution is posted in our solutions explorer and spread across our communication channels.
