Paulo Gouveia, born in Matosinhos in 1975, is a designer with a degree in Equipment Design from ESAD. He founded Dogma Design in 2004 and later Will Creative Consulting in 2013. Recognised internationally, he won the national Roca design competition in 2009. His work spans engineering, design, and creative consulting.
