Géraldine Dubois is the winemaker behind La Têtue.
I am originally from Lyon, but it was in Burgundy that the wine bug bit me. After ten years in the pharmaceutical industry, I wanted a profession that felt meaningful. So, I went back to school at the Beaune Viticulture High School. And that’s where my passion was born.
After two years as a Cellar Master in Nuits Saint-Georges, I established an estate in the south of France.
But ultimately, it was in my hometown that the stars aligned. Because yes, there are vineyards here, and more importantly, a beautiful appellation: Côteaux du Lyonnais!
Four years ago, I began exploring a different concept of wine—a more local production using reusable containers. That’s how La Têtue was born.
