Head of Sustainability

Dom has worked in sustainability for more than 20 years. He spent more than a decade working across Africa and South East Asia running programmes for consultancies, charities and the UK government to address a variety of social and environmental challenges in emerging markets.

After returning to the UK with his family, Dom worked as a Director for nearly five years at Sancroft, a well-known sustainability consultancy. At Sancroft, Dom advised FTSE 100 companies and private equity investors on how to improve their environmental, ethical and social impact.

Dom joined The Wine Society at the beginning of 2022 to launch and deliver their ambitious sustainability plans.
