Andrej half Austrian and Danish with Ukrainian roots, moved as a corporate director for a leading software company from Europe to Argentina in the late nineties and met his future wife Ursula a professional chef living in Buenos Aires. They have been both passionate about wine and food and have always dreamt of setting up an own vineyard in Mendoza. They have been the spiritual leaders for Alpamanta, embracing the respect for the nature, people and environment from the very beginning and focusing on terroir, love and quality for our biodynamic wines
