REASON WHY

Water is the most valuable, scarce and yet most underrated resource. Yet, depending on irrigation rules and practices across different wine regions, different amounts of water are used to produce wine.

A project exploring different avenues, initiatives, and deliverables to minimize the impact of water use,  save and manage water along wine production.
