Phase 2 Cellars is the premier custom crush facility on the Central Coast of California, a full service vineyard to bottle facility capable of high quality winemaking at scale. Our clients are some of the major players in California wine. We have a capacity of approximately 9,000 tons, utilizing 2.2 million gallons of fermentation and storage capacity and depending on the mix and timing of varietals.
