Our ideal is to see our winery as a “closed operating organism” that produces as many elements of agricultural production as possible itself.
Rudolf Steiner, father of biodynamic agriculture, called this ideal “farm individuality”. The result is pure origin: individual wines shaped by their place of origin, created in the rhythm of nature. With patience, precision and minimal influence, independent, sometimes controversial… and always truthful.
