Viticultural practices generally (often significantly) reduce biodiversity and soil health while releasing carbon into the atmosphere. We are actively reversing that scenario by intentionally designing viticultural systems that restore health and biodiversity to the ecosystem, cycle carbon back into soils, and are more resilient to a changing climate.

Our mission is to work with the natural world to regenerate the health of the ecosystem from the soil up while growing delicious, nourishing food for our community. We do this by creatively focusing on the principles and practices of Holistic Management and regenerative agriculture.
