La Bande Vert
La Bande Verte (LBV) aims to transform the wine industry into a circular economy model centered on Refill & Reuse. Inspired by my experience with Sustainable Wine Solutions, I have come to realise that while the model is effective, only collective action can address the urgency of the climate crisis. LBV is a collective, eager to accelerate interactions among different links in the supply chain through a dynamic network and a dedicated marketplace, putting Refill & Reuse at the heart of the ecosystem.
La Bande Verte is a community of stakeholders across the wine supply chain, from vineyard to glass, united to collectively address the climate crisis by accelerating the decarbonization of the wine industry. Their focus is on promoting bulk wine and reusable packaging solutions as strong levers for reducing the carbon footprint. They emphasize the economic and environmental benefits of reuse, such as saving energy, reducing CO2 emissions, and conserving water. Additionally, they foster collaboration through a marketplace and various initiatives that provide technical advice, innovation, and commercial opportunities, both in France and internationally
